VA by Viany is an agency who offers Virtual Assistant Services. I do not offer full time employment or applying nor do I submit job applications. 

I work with small to mid size businesses who need eyes on the back end so the team can focus on more important things that actually impact business growth. If messy calendars, outdated workflows, and disorganized CRMs sounds like challenges you are facing, then it’s worth hopping on a 15-min call!

Everything’s project (deliverable)-based, not hourly — so you’re paying for the work handled, not the clock.

Sales Admin and Admin Support run on transparent weekly plans, and CRM projects are flat or scoped pricing, agreed before we start. No custom quotes, no negotiating back and forth.

Either of us can walk away — I ask for 7 days’ notice if you need to cancel. I’m also selective about who I take on right now, so if I don’t think I’m the right fit, I’ll tell you honestly instead of just taking the work.
